Compliance: Must have managed WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) or ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) certifications.

Maintenance: Hands-on experience in Preventive Maintenance for machinery, electrical systems, and plant utilities.

Audit Handling: Must have successfully cleared social and quality audits (statutory and buyer audits).

Documentation: Strong at maintaining MIS, factory licenses, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) records.
