PRACTICING COMPANY SECRETARY

We are a reputed CA firm in Kerala. We are looking for a practicing company secretary with 5 years Post Qualification experience in CS Firm to lead our compliance team.

The remuneration will be in the form of Salary plus profit sharing.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the secretarial compliance for multiple companies and must have the ability to lead, develop and generate revenue from the department.

The candidate must have the ability to work under pressure with limited resources and tight timelines. Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management are essential skills for this role.

We are Looking for Immediate Joiners. Salary will be best in Industry.
