The main duties and responsibilities of the job includes preparation, presentation and serving of all types of Regional Indian curry dishes, preparation of weekly menu, you will be responsible for the curry section working under the Head chef , you will be responsible for assigning duties and supervision of junior staff , stock control, quality checks, health and hygiene compliance and HACCP protocols, monitoring food safety & temperatures, maintaining cleanliness and good order of equipment and work areas , preparing reports and schedules , and ensuring the implementation of Company SOP and relevant Food Safety and Health &Safety regulations.
This is a full time permanent specialist curry chef will require the following :
A high-level of creativity and competency in the preparation of authentic regional Indian Curry dishes
3 years verifiable previous experience at the required skill level in good quality establishments
