key responsibilities:
sales & business development
achieve monthly and annual sales targets for 3w & 4w commercial vehicles.
generate leads through field visits, market mapping, and networking with fleet owners, transporters, and small business operators.
identify potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
dealer / channel management
build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, and key business partners.
ensure timely vehicle dispatch, billing, and delivery coordination.
support dealer sales teams with product knowledge and market strategies.
customer relationship management
maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure after-sales support in coordination with the service team.
conduct customer meets, roadshows, and fleet demonstrations.
market research & competitor analysis
monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market activities.
prepare reports on market trends, customer preferences, and sales performance.
recommend strategies to improve market share in assigned territory.
financier & corporate coordination
liaise with banks, nbfcs, and financing partners for retail and fleet funding.
coordinate with corporate clients for bulk or institutional vehicle sales.
ensure smooth processing of loan documents and payment collections.
documentation & reporting
maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales in crm or mis formats.
prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
ensure compliance with company policies and rto documentation requirements.
