Time : 9:30 to 6 pm / rotational week off

Roles & Responsibility:

*It is an Outbound Collections process

*Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts

*Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments

*Contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.

*Have strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain financial matters firmly and clearly
