Ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.

% of monthly/quarterly collection targets met.

Process cycle time: from delinquency to resolution.

Adoption of new tools: call tracking, reminder systems.

Audit findings and resolution rates.

Frequency of escalations to legal or regulatory actions

Timeliness and accuracy of AR age & collection analysis reports

Trend identification and action recommendations

Enablement of strategic decisions through data
