job description

? calling the customers to remind their due date of the instalment

? reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the emi payment

? explain the consequences to customer of not paying on time

? to take customer regress follow-up to recover dues

? create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues

? update account status and database regularly

? to achieve targets that have been assigned

desired candidate profile

? fresher& experienced both are eligible, candidates with experience in collections or

mortgage services will have an advantage (dra preferred)

? unlimited incentive plan with transparent kra's

? ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

? possess initiative and ability to work under pressure

? candidates with fluency in english & regional language (tamil,telugu & kannada

gujrathi,bengali)

? basic ms-excel knowledge.

salary: 10,000 to 15,000 + incentives
