We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing collections and ensuring timely payments from customers. This is a full-time, office-based position suitable for individuals with minimal experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Contact Customers:** Reach out to customers via phone and email to remind them of outstanding payments, ensuring clear communication about their account status.

- **Maintain Records:** Keep accurate and organized records of all collection activities and customer interactions for efficient tracking and reporting.

- **Resolve Queries:** Address customer inquiries and concerns related to their bills or payment issues, providing excellent customer service while guiding them towards resolution.

- **Follow-Up:** Regularly follow up with customers who have overdue accounts to encourage timely payment and maintain positive relationships.

- **Report Findings:** Prepare and submit reports to the management team detailing collection activities, outstanding amounts, and any issues faced during the collection process.
