Responsibilities:

- Contact clients to collect outstanding debts by phone calls, whatsapp, SM, email, etc.

- Make phone call records on collection system.

- Good communication skill and persuasive.

- Proven experience in debt collection or similar financial roles (1 year minimum).

- English speaking, Indian language speaking, Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to handle challenging conversations with clients

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.

- Performance-oriented.
