CNC Operator (2-8 Years)

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Jidhafs. The ideal candidate will have an . certification and a strong understanding of CNC machinery to ensure precise manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Machine Setup:** Prepare and install CNC machines according to blueprints and technical specifications, ensuring all tools and materials are ready for operation.

2. **Programming:** Input and adjust CNC programs to produce parts based on specific designs, ensuring accurate dimensions and tolerances.

3. **Operation:** Monitor machine operations during production runs, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance and quality standards.

4. **Quality Control:** Inspect finished products for defects using precision measuring instruments. Analyze and report any issues to management for quick resolution.

5. **Maintenance:** Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime and prolong machine life.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess strong technical skills in operating CNC machinery and a solid understanding of CAD/CAM software. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
