Ability to operate CNC machine, should able to make 4 jaw chuck true manually, Basic programming knowledge, Provide machining, and product life-cycle support in a classified environment, Proven experience as CNC operator, As a CNC Operator, responsibilities will include managing the production operations, coordinating with team members, ensuring quality control and meeting production targets. Monitor weekly shop loads, direct labor hours, downtime, efficiencies and ensure all measurement is within plan.Constantly review the tooling management and seek opportunities for improvement.He takes care for the control of all jobs related drawings/data from customer to be used in manufacture and servicing.Tooling & Setup: Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures, and ensure proper machine setup for each production run.Quality Control: Monitor machining processes, perform in-process inspections, and make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet quality standardsPerform routine maintenance on the tools & machine, including cleaning, lubrication and minor repairs.Ability to work overtime as needed.

Job descriptionEstimation Engineer should have the knowledge to estimate HT, LT, Panel, DG Transformer, Point wiring, cable tray, earthing, Light fixture, Lighting arrester, UPS Inverter etc.Study / Review of Tender Documents, Scope of work, Drawings, BOQ, Specifications Client requirement etc. from the tender documents for proper estimation works.Prepare & send RFQ for all the items to all the approved equal suppliers /sub- Contractors to obtain the required quotation.Preparing technical queries for ambiguities in drawings, specifications and BOQ.Pricing material and labour cost of each BOQ item in the price comparison Sheets, by using the quotations and pre-determined manpower production rates.Follow up with the supplier /sub-contractor to obtain quotation in time, clarify to all their queries and meetings with suppliers / sub-contractor when required.Attend pretender meeting and site visits.Technical Evaluation of supplier/ sub-contractor quotations as per tender requirements.Checking all the addons and communications received from the client, ensuring that all Items are being clarified and considered in the pricing & follow up with the clients.Determining the amount of labour required to complete each project.Determining the potential profitability of electrical projects to assist management in making sound bidding decisions.Providing viable solutions to increase project profitability.Completing and submitting competitive project bids in accordance with established guidelines.Knowledge of AutoCAD is Must.Fluency in EnglishThe applicants are required to have a Diploma/bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
