As a CMA (US A) Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and effective instructional sessions for aspiring Certified Management Accountants. You will impart knowledge and guidance to students preparing for the CMA examination, ensuring a deep understanding of concepts and facilitating successful exam outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties
To teach undergraduate and graduate level students in the allocated hours by the Vidyarupa Management and reviewed from time to time by Vidyarupa
Develop and deliver lectures, workshops, and training sessions tailored to the CMA syllabus.
Create comprehensive lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments aligned with the CMA exam objectives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students, offering assistance with exam preparation strategies and study techniques.
Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and mock exams to gauge comprehension and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct engaging and interactive classes, utilising modern teaching methods, case studies, and real-world examples to enhance learning.
Stay updated with changes in the CMA curriculum and exam pattern to ensure content relevancy and accuracy.
Offer academic counseling and support to students, addressing their queries and concerns related to CMA certification.
Collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching methodologies and enhance the overall learning experience.
