Cluster Technical Supervisor

- Supervise and support production units (clusters) involved in the manufacturing of eco-friendly tableware products.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations within multiple clusters.

- Provide hands-on technical support for machinery related to molding, pressing, and finishing earthy plates, spoons, bowls, etc.

- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.

- Train cluster operators, machine handlers, and workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety measures, and best practices.

- Ensure adherence to quality and production protocols.

- Monitor product quality and ensure output meets the company’s standards.

- Identify and rectify quality-related issues in coordination with the production teams.

- Coordinate the availability and proper utilization of raw materials and tools at cluster levels.

- Maintain records of inventory movement and report shortages or excesses.

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production output, downtime, maintenance activities, and technical issues.

- Provide feedback to management on cluster performance and technical gaps.

- Act as a point of contact between central office, cluster teams, and other departments.

- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all clusters comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
