we are looking for young minds with minimum of 1 -2 years of experience as cloud support engineer to provide support to world class cloud native applications.

location: hsr layout, bangalore.

graduation: b. tech/. – in it/cse

job responsibilities:

• responsible for the everyday administration of cloud services deployed in public/private/hybrid clouds. azure experience is preferred.

• participate in ci/cd/devops/sre activities and build automation scripts for successful deployments of cloud applications periodically

• maintain health of cloud services routinely

• provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and troubleshooting

• interact with application, database, integration, and security teams regularly providing ideas for building cloud native applications from the scratch

• responsible for continuous measurement and high availability of the azure production environments

• follow best practices while implementing cloud security

• contribute to new products and feature enhancements from a cloud perspective

• document cloud services implementation and update them from time to time

required candidate profile

• certification in cloud computing (any of aws, azure, gcp) is preferred, particularly azure

• proficiency in any of the public clouds namely azure, aws or gcp, preferably azure

• strong knowledge in any linux (ubuntu for example) and shell scripts (well versed in os, user access, storage management & network configuration)

• knowledge in any virtualization technology (vmware for example)

• experience in python, nginx, angular and mobile app configurations

• good understanding of any rdbms and nosql databases

• working experience of ci/cd/devops/sre tools

• knowledge in docker and kubernetes

• knowledge in paas/saas/iot is preferred
