Position: Closing Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Closing Manager to oversee and

manage the closing process for residential and commercial real estate transactions. He will play

crucial role in the transaction process after overseeing the requirement of the client. This position

requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to

ensure all transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Roles & Responsibility:

Coordination: Work closely with tele sales team for the leads to facilitate a smooth closing

experience.

Conduction of Site Visit: Arrange and conduct property tours according to client requirement,

showcasing the benefits and unique selling propositions of the project.

Manage Closings: Oversee all aspects of the closing process, including preparing closing

documents, coordinating with client and follow company guidelines during the process.

Revenue Generation: Prepare offer and counteroffers which are ongoing in organization to

drive a closure to accomplish the objective of the organization.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and

addressing any questions or concerns throughout the closing process.

Document Preparation: Ensure all closing documents are accurate, complete, and compliant

with legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in any field, or a related field preferred.

4+ years of experience in real estate closing or title processing.

Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
