Clinical Application Specialist (Full Time)

Job Title : Clinical Application Specialist (CAS)

Locations: Ahmedabad , Gujarat west

Experience: 1-4 years- experience in medical devices / cardiology / EP / Cath lab setting.

Overview:

Provide expert technical/product support and training to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians, and administrators on the Company-s catheter, mapping, and ablation systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist during EP / Cath lab interventions using Company products.

- Drive sales opportunities and meet territory business goals. - Train and advise hospital staff on device usage.

- Build and nurture relationships with surgeons, nurses, EP staff, and hospital administration.

- Stay current on product IFUs, clinical literature, and troubleshooting.

- Respond to customer queries via phone/email in high-pressure settings.

- Manage territory admin tasks: CRM updates, stakeholder mapping, account documentation, expense reporting.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory, safety & environmental guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor-s in engineering (Bio, Biomedical, or related), . in Cardiovascular Technology, Cardiac Care Technology, Cardiac catheterization technology, Cardiac technology.

- Experience with product launches or working with key opinion leaders is advantageous.

- Comfortable with complex technical systems and procedural environments.

- Strong communication, autonomous working, critical thinking under pressure.

- Team-oriented, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn.
