overview:

provide expert technical/product support and training to physicians, ep lab staff, technicians, and administrators on the company��s catheter, mapping, and ablation systems.

key responsibilities

- assist during ep / cath lab interventions using company products.

- drive sales opportunities and meet territory business goals. - train and advise hospital staff on device usage.

- build and nurture relationships with surgeons, nurses, ep staff, and hospital administration.

- stay current on product ifus, clinical literature, and troubleshooting.

- respond to customer queries via phone/email in high-pressure settings.

- manage territory admin tasks: crm updates, stakeholder mapping, account documentation, expense reporting.

- ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory, safety & environmental guidelines.

qualifications & experience

- bachelor��s in engineering (bio, biomedical, or related), . in cardiovascular technology, cardiac care technology, cardiac catheterization technology, cardiac technology.

- experience with product launches or working with key opinion leaders is advantageous.

- comfortable with complex technical systems and procedural environments.

�� strong communication, autonomous working, critical thinking under pressure.

- team-oriented, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn.
