Job Title : Clinical Application Specialist (CAS)Locations: Ahmedabad , Gujarat westExperience: 14 years experience in medical devices / cardiology / EP / Cath lab setting.Overview:Provide expert technical/product support and training to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians, and administrators on the Companys catheter, mapping, and ablation systems.Key Responsibilities- Assist during EP / Cath lab interventions using Company products.- Drive sales opportunities and meet territory business goals. - Train and advise hospital staff on device usage.- Build and nurture relationships with surgeons, nurses, EP staff, and hospital administration.- Stay current on product IFUs, clinical literature, and troubleshooting.- Respond to customer queries via phone/email in high-pressure settings.- Manage territory admin tasks: CRM updates, stakeholder mapping, account documentation, expense reporting.- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory, safety & environmental guidelines.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelors in engineering (Bio, Biomedical, or related), B.Sc. in Cardiovascular Technology, Cardiac Care Technology, Cardiac catheterization technology, Cardiac technology.- Experience with product launches or working with key opinion leaders is advantageous.- Comfortable with complex technical systems and procedural environments. Strong communication, autonomous working, critical thinking under pressure.- Team-oriented, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn.
