experience : 1-2 years

location : chandigarh , in-office , 6 days a week

we are looking for a swift tech savvy enthusiast to join our offices full time for the following tasks :

1. managing dm’s, query’s , comments and reviews on instagram , facebook , google , youtube & whatsapp .

2. coordinating with and reporting to the social media team on a daily basis .

3. communicating the brands urgent social media post/ story requirements to the social media team .

4. create in-store content as and when requested by the social media team / brand team .

5. arrange and schedule video / voice calls as and when requested by the client with the sales team.

6. send out look books / flyers and any other sales / event related content to the customer database .

the individual should be able to communicate in both hindi and english and be extremely punctual and hardworking , prior experience in online community and client management is a must.
