Community & Client Relations Manager Experience : 1-2 Years Location : Chandigarh , In-office , 6 days a week We are looking for a swift tech savvy enthusiast to join our offices full time for the following tasks :1. Managing DMs, querys , comments and reviews on Instagram , Facebook , Google , YouTube & WhatsApp .2. Coordinating with and reporting to the social media team on a daily basis . 3. Communicating the brands urgent social media post/ story requirements to the social media team .4. Create In-store content as and when requested by the social media team / brand team .5. Arrange and schedule video / voice calls as and when requested by the client with the sales team. 6. Send out look books / flyers and any other sales / event related content to the customer database .The Individual should be able to communicate in both Hindi and English and be extremely punctual and hardworking , prior experience in online community and client management is a must.
