Summary of Job

Client Service Executive will assist the Sales and Marketing team in all areas of Sales and Marketing for small to midsize business opportunities. This role will handle all processes of the Logistics/Fulfillment Services sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closing and account management.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate will be expected to develop and master product knowledge of all items manufactured by Company in order to serve as an industry insider and resource to customer

Maintain existing and newly assigned customer accounts

Resolving product and service issues

Maintain and update product pricing timely to ensure Real Time Communication of pricing

Consults with assigned customers to understand their distribution networks and determine the logistics resources required to support product delivery

Negotiates with supply sources to meet delivery requirements

Submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly updates of various reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

(Knowledge, skills, experience)

Skills/competencies

3-5+ years in new account sales role preferably selling value based process, Supply chain based experience a plus

Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate direct business-to-business sales experience and results from selling logistics products and solution in areas such as Supply Chain Management or Direct to Consumer (D2C) fulfillment.

Knowledge of professional selling techniques, negotiation techniques, and account development strategies

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, analytical and basic numeric skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (or equivalent software packages)
