We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can take full ownership of end-to-end client acquisition for our web development agency.

Your role will be:

* Finding potential leads interested in web development services

* Converting these leads into confirmed clients

* Taking full responsibility from the first contact to deal closure

* Ensuring the client is fully onboarded for project execution

Our Services

Our agency delivers professional web development services using:

* MERN Stack (MongoDB, , React, )

* UI/UX Design

* Integrations

* FREE 3-Month Post-Project Maintenance

* AI Integrtion In the website we build

Performance Expectations

* You must close at least 5 projects in the first month.

* In the first 15 days, you should close at least 1 client to continue further.

* If these conditions are not met, you will not continue beyond the first month.

Compensation Structure:

* First Month: ₹5,000 Fixed + 40% incentive on the first 5 projects (up to ₹10,000 incentive max)

* From Second Month Onward: ₹10,000/month Fixed + 20% incentive on every deal closed

Requirements

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Proven ability or willingness to find and close deals independently

* Understanding of web development basics (MERN stack and UI/UX preferred)

* Confidence to handle client communication and expectations professionally
