Civil Site Engineer - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering and hold a professional degree or an advanced diploma.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This involves planning, coordinating, and supervising various project activities.

- **Site Supervision**: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering drawings and specifications. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and site logs. Prepare necessary documentation for approvals and inspections.

- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently to minimize disruptions in workflow and maintain project timelines.

Required Skills and Expectations:
