Civil Site Engineer (1-3 Years)

As a Civil Site Engineer, your primary role will involve overseeing construction projects from the planning stage through to completion. You will be expected to work in our Jayanagar office and be an integral part of our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Site Supervision:** Monitor daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and adheres to project plans and timelines.

- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular inspections to ensure that materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.

- **Coordination with Contractors:** Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to clarify project requirements and keep everyone aligned with the project schedule.

- **Project Documentation:** Maintain detailed logs of site activities, including daily reports, materials used, and any issues encountered.

- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure that safety regulations are followed on-site to promote a safe working environment for all personnel.

- **Problem-Solving:** Address any site-related issues promptly and efficiently, collaborating with relevant teams to find solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Strong technical skills in civil engineering, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving are essential. You should be comfortable working in a team environment, be detail-oriented, and have a solid understanding of construction materials and methods. Familiarity with design software and tools will be an added advantage.
