Location: Kurla East, Nehru Nagar, Mumbai

Project Overview: High-rise residential building with 3 wings of 16+ floors and complex layouts.

Responsibilities:

€¢ Oversee the construction process from shore piling to project completion.

€¢ Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

€¢ Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.

€¢ Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress.

€¢ Manage documentation, reporting, and compliance with local building regulations.

Requirements:

€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

€¢ Minimum 8€“10 years of experience with high-rise projects.

€¢ Proven expertise in executing complicated layouts.

€¢ Excellent problem-solving, project management, and team coordination skills.

€¢ Proficiency in relevant construction software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, etc.).
