Preferably from siliguri or nearby location.

Job description:

Prepare estimates at different levels of completion (conceptual, Schematic, DD, CD)

A track record of winning long term, profitable frameworks targeted individual schemes

Be able to use own initiative

Prepare work to be estimated by gathering construction documents, specifications, and related documents

Identify and assemble the required bid package documents in advance of bid due date

Develop accurate estimates and schedules utilizing available tools, industry and estimating best practices

Produce accurate and comprehensive estimates for large or complex projects or programmes in a timely and efficient manner

Produce / manage complex / large estimates with limited management or supervision

Control and manage the estimating process at project level

All estimates produce in accordance with relevant procedures and work instructions and other company procedures, systems (eg Cost Os and RIB Construction Suite) and processes

Experience : 2 - 4 Years
