JR infratech is looking for dynamic candidates for Siliguri (Head office) location.Preferably from siliguri or nearby location.Job description:Prepare estimates at different levels of completion (conceptual, Schematic, DD, CD)A track record of winning long term, profitable frameworks targeted individual schemesBe able to use own initiativePrepare work to be estimated by gathering construction documents, specifications, and related documentsIdentify and assemble the required bid package documents in advance of bid due dateDevelop accurate estimates and schedules utilizing available tools, industry and estimating best practicesProduce accurate and comprehensive estimates for large or complex projects or programmes in a timely and efficient mannerProduce / manage complex / large estimates with limited management or supervisionControl and manage the estimating process at project levelAll estimates produce in accordance with relevant procedures and work instructions and other company procedures, systems (eg Cost Os and RIB Construction Suite) and processes
