Civil Engineer (High Rise Building)

The Building Engineer is responsible for maintaining, correcting deficiencies, and/or making repairs to all common areas within the Association, as defined in the Associations governing documents. The Building Engineer shall oversee and coordinate the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of all necessary building systems, and shall possess a basic understanding of all systems servicing standard residential units.
