We are seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman with 5 to 6 years of experience to join our team in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and designs for civil engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Drafting**: Create precise technical drawings and plans using software and manual drafting techniques.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with civil engineers and other professionals to understand project requirements and assist in resolving design issues.

- **Quality Control**: Review and modify drawings as necessary, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

- **Documentation**: Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project changes, ensuring all documentation is updated and accessible.

- **Site Visits**: Occasionally visit project sites to gather information and verify that design specifications are being met in the field.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate must hold a degree in civil engineering or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software is essential. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills are necessary for successful collaboration with team members. The candidate should have a solid understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods.
