We are seeking a skilled Chinese Cook to join our team in Hamirpur, India. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 6 years of experience in preparing authentic Chinese dishes and must be comfortable working in a full-time kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare various Chinese dishes, ensuring the use of authentic ingredients and methods to maintain flavor and presentation.
- **Menu Development**: Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes and improve existing recipes based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
- **Kitchen Management**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Inventory Control**: Assist in managing kitchen supplies, including ordering ingredients and monitoring stock levels to ensure consistent service.
