role and responsibilities:

- technology strategy: develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that should align with the company's business objectives.

- team leadership: maintain as well as further build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and

collaboration.

- coding: stay hands-on with coding to guide and contribute to software development projects.

- product development: oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions

and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- infrastructure and operations: manage and optimize the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.

implement best practices for it operations and support services.

- innovation and research: stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, identifying opportunities for innovation. drive research and

development initiatives to enhance the company's technological capabilities.

- communication with stakeholders: effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- proven experience in a senior technology role in industry

- strong background in software development, architecture, and it operations.
