We are seeking an experienced and visionary technology person to join our dynamic team as a CTO. The CTO will be responsible for driving the company's technology strategy, innovation, and overall technical leadership. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions to achieve business goals.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that should align with the company's business objectives.

- Team Leadership: Maintain as well as further build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and

collaboration.

- Coding: Stay hands-on with coding to guide and contribute to software development projects.

- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions

and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Infrastructure and Operations: Manage and optimize the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.

Implement best practices for IT operations and support services.

- Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, identifying opportunities for innovation. Drive research and

development initiatives to enhance the company's technological capabilities.

- Communication with Stakeholders: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements:

- Proven experience in a senior technology role in industry

- Strong background in software development, architecture, and IT operations.

- Demonstrated success in implementing and managing complex technology projects.
