We are seeking a highly motivated Chemical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Chemical Engineering, with a strong understanding of chemical processes and principles. The candidate should also have experience in working with hazardous chemicals and should be able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop chemical processes and products, from lab scale to full production scale.

Conduct research and analysis to identify new chemicals and materials that could be used in our production processes.

Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure the safe handling of hazardous chemicals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all production processes meet quality standards.

Work with production personnel to troubleshoot issues and improve process performance.

Develop and implement process control systems to monitor and control chemical production processes.

Conduct process simulations and modeling to optimize chemical processes.

Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Develop and test new chemical formulations to improve the performance of our products.

Conduct research and development on new chemicals for use in our products.

Analyze and interpret data from experiments to inform process and product development.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures.

Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Provide technical support to customers and other stakeholders.

Conduct regular competitive analysis by researching components of competitor products to improve our products and beat the competition.
