Key Responsibilities:

1. Ticket Booking: Manage flight bookings for customers by utilizing various airline reservation systems to ensure accurate and timely ticket issuance.

2. Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries related to flight schedules, prices, and travel regulations while providing information on travel policies and procedures.

3. Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues related to ticketing, making necessary adjustments and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Documentation: Ensure all ticketing and travel documentation is accurate and complete, maintaining high levels of organizational skills.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with teammates and other departments to streamline the ticketing process and improve customer experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of 10th pass. While prior experience is not mandatory, a strong desire to learn about the travel industry is essential. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, along with a friendly demeanor for customer interactions. Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to work well under pressure, and possess basic computer skills to handle reservation systems.
