Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via chat support (no voice / minimal voice).
Provide accurate information regarding services, bookings, cancellations, and complaints.
Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation of chats and follow SOPs.
Coordinate with internal teams for faster issue resolution.
Ensure quality, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction.
Required Skills
Good written communication skills (English/Hinglish).
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in shifts (if applicable).
Eligibility
Freshers are welcome.
Prior chat or customer support experience is a plus.
