Key Responsibilities
€¢ Handle customer queries via chat support (no voice / minimal voice).
€¢ Provide accurate information regarding services, bookings, cancellations, and complaints.
€¢ Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
€¢ Maintain proper documentation of chats and follow SOPs.
€¢ Coordinate with internal teams for faster issue resolution.
€¢ Ensure quality, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction.
Required Skills
€¢ Good written communication skills (English/Hinglish).
€¢ Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
€¢ Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
€¢ Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
€¢ Comfortable working in shifts (if applicable).
