Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via chat with professionalism and efficiency

- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints while adhering to company policies and guidelines

- Information Management: Provide accurate information and updates to customers about products or services

- Documentation: Maintain and update customer records and interactions in the company’s database

- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends or recurring issues to the team
