as a customer service associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via live call or live chat, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our products/services.

key responsibilities:

1. customer service:

- respond to customer inquiries via live call or live chat in a timely and professional manner.

- resolve customer issues, provide product information, and offer solutions.

2. communication:

- communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clear understanding of their concerns.

- utilize active listening skills to empathize with customers.

3. product knowledge:

- develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services.

- provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

4. problem-solving:

- analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.

- escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed.

5. quality and productivity:

- meet or exceed quality and productivity standards.

- participate in quality monitoring and coaching sessions.

requirements:

1. high school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.

2. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a chat support environment.

3. excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

5. proficiency in computer applications, including chat software and crm systems.

6. strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

7. female candidates preffered.
