Chartered Accountant - Full Time

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 9 years of experience in financial management and accounting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Financial Reporting:** Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- **Tax Compliance:** Manage all aspects of tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations to avoid penalties.

- **Budgeting and Forecasting:** Assist in developing annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance to guide strategic decisions.

- **Audit Management:** Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring all financial processes meet regulatory requirements and best practices.

- **Internal Controls:** Evaluate and enhance internal control systems to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

- **Advisory Role:** Provide expert financial advice to management on various matters, contributing to informed business decisions.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and identify trends.

- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to generate reports and presentations effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to present financial information clearly to stakeholders.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
