Job Description:

Handling web based queries, walk-in queries

Maintain the quality service at center at all point of time

Meet with members to resolve issues, process member onboarding and exits.

Take responsibility for co-working space sales and community management.

Work along side the sales team in achieving sales target.

Onboard new clients and introduces them to the center and facilities.

Collect monthly feedback from customers
