• Should have experience of training in rural setup and showcase training outputs.

• Should have minimum 3 years of experience in managing and leading training program in government and non-government organization.

• Digital skill set to run and track online knowledge assessment tool

• Should have team handling skills and ability to meet deadlines and work in challenging situation

• Willing to travel for trainings and workshops.
