Process payments using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
Ensure a pleasant and efficient dining experience for customers.
Food Preparation and Serving:
Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards.
Serve food and drinks to customers promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas and equipment.
Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
Package food for take-out or drive-thru orders.
Restaurant Operations and Cleanliness:
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, restrooms, and other public areas.
Stock and replenish inventory and supplies as needed.
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment.
Assist with closing procedures, such as cleaning and stocking for the next day.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Other Potential Responsibilities:
Assist with training new team members.
Manage inventory and stock levels.
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
