Key Responsibilities

Candidate Assessment & Counseling

Needs Assessment: Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to evaluate candidates' educational background, skill sets, career interests, and personal goals.

Career & Academic Guidance: Provide structured advice regarding course selections, career pathways, skill upgrading, job roles, or overseas education opportunities.

Psychometric & Aptitude Evaluation: Administer and interpret basic aptitude assessments, skill profiling tests, and career orientation tools.

Documentation & Program Support

Case Management & Follow-ups: Maintain accurate records of student/candidate profiles, counseling notes, action plans, and progress logs.

Workshop Coordination: Organize and lead career awareness seminars, soft skills workshops, and orientation sessions for students or candidates.

Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with trainers, placement officers, institutions, or parents to ensure comprehensive support for the candidate.
