Responsibilities and Duties

Key responsibilities

Counselling process: Generating Leads, Attending Walk-ins & Maintaining Activity Reports

Follow ups of Tele, Online & Walk-in inquiries & Converting them into Admissions

Achieving the defined Billing & Collection target on Monthly basis

Student Batch Management & Fee Collection

Faculty Batch Scheduling

Sending Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to Director

Organizing Events/Seminars/Workshops for new inquiries as well as current students

Inventory Management of Inquiry Forms, Enrolment Forms, Brochures, and Books etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Good communications skills
