We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Washer to join our dynamic team at 3M Car Care Studio (Thane). The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality car washing and preliminary detailing services, ensuring customer satisfaction and the maintenance of our studio€™s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

€¢ Vehicle Washing: Thoroughly wash and rinse vehicles, including exterior, wheels, and tires, using appropriate techniques and products.

€¢ Interior Cleaning: Vacuum and clean the interior of vehicles, including seats, carpets, and dashboards.

€¢ Attention to Detail: Inspect vehicles for any damage or additional cleaning needs, documenting and reporting issues to the supervisor.

€¢ Equipment Maintenance: Maintain washing equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.

€¢ Safety Practices: Follow all safety and environmental guidelines, ensuring safe handling and disposal of chemicals and materials.

€¢ Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing information about services and addressing any questions or concerns.

€¢ Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

€¢ Experience: Previous experience in car washing or detailing preferred, but not required.

€¢ Skills: Strong attention to detail and a passion for automotive cleanliness.

€¢ Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.

€¢ Communication: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

€¢ Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
