we are looking for a dynamic and energetic campus sales executive who will be responsible for building strong relationships with college tpos, directors, and counselors, and driving engagement with final-year and mba students. the role involves promoting and offering internship opportunities, handling business development (bde) activities, and managing marketing initiatives at the campus level.
this is a hybrid role combining sales, business development, and marketing, ideal for professionals passionate about building networks, representing our brand, and driving student engagement.
🔑 key responsibilities:
-establish and maintain long-term relationships with colleges, universities, tpos, and academic directors.
-promote internship and training opportunities to final-year and mba students.
-conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to showcase our offerings.
-collaborate with the internal recruitment and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of interns.
-identify new campus partnerships and generate business leads.
-execute marketing activities such as campus branding, events, and promotional campaigns.
-act as the primary point of contact for colleges and students regarding our internship programs.
-meet monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollments and college tie-ups.
