We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Campus Sales Executive who will be responsible for building strong relationships with College TPOs, Directors, and Counselors, and driving engagement with final-year and MBA students. The role involves promoting and offering internship opportunities, handling business development (BDE) activities, and managing marketing initiatives at the campus level.
This is a hybrid role combining sales, business development, and marketing, ideal for professionals passionate about building networks, representing our brand, and driving student engagement.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
-Establish and maintain long-term relationships with colleges, universities, TPOs, and academic directors.
-Promote internship and training opportunities to final-year and MBA students.
-Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to showcase our offerings.
-Collaborate with the internal recruitment and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of interns.
-Identify new campus partnerships and generate business leads.
-Execute marketing activities such as campus branding, events, and promotional campaigns.
-Act as the primary point of contact for colleges and students regarding our internship programs.
-Meet monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollments and college tie-ups.
