key responsibilities

handle inbound and outbound international calls with professionalism.

work on lead generation, telemarketing, appointment setting, and surveys.

provide efficient support through phone, email, and chat.

meet daily and monthly performance targets while working independently.

maintain accurate call records and ensure customer satisfaction.

eligibility criteria

minimum 3 years of experience in an international bpo or call center.

excellent english communication skills (spoken and written).

candidates below 40 years of age are preferred.

must have a personal laptop/desktop and a stable broadband connection.

open to 12th pass candidates with relevant international bpo/telecalling experience.
