We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew in Dimapur. This full-time role is ideal for those who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe and pleasant flying experience for passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Safety: Ensure the safety of all passengers by demonstrating safety procedures and responding to emergencies during flights.

- Customer Service: Attend to passenger needs with a friendly and helpful attitude, including serving food and beverages, helping with luggage, and answering questions.

- Pre-flight Duties: Prepare the aircraft for boarding by checking safety equipment, stocking emergency supplies, and ensuring the cabin is clean and organized.

- In-flight Communication: Maintain clear communication with passengers and other crew members regarding flight information and announcements.

- Conflict Resolution: Address any passenger concerns or issues during the flight calmly and professionally, working to resolve them promptly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade education and possess good interpersonal skills for effective communication with passengers and team members. A customer-oriented mindset is essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be adaptable, team players, and able to handle stressful situations with a positive attitude. Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory, as training will be provided for those with limited experience.
