Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware issues (CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, network devices)
Perform system upgrades and preventive maintenance
Manage asset inventory and hardware lifecycle

Install and update operating systems (., Microsoft Windows, Linux)
Configure business applications and office tools (., Microsoft Office)
Troubleshoot software errors, crashes, and compatibility issues
Provide user training on basic software usage
🌐 Network & Connectivity Support

Set up and maintain LAN/WAN networks
Troubleshoot internet connectivity, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi issues
Configure IP addresses, VPNs, and network security settings
Coordinate with ISPs for network-related problems

Respond to user queries via calls, emails, or ticketing systems
Diagnose and resolve technical issues (onsite & remote)
Maintain helpdesk logs and documentation
Ensure timely resolution as per SLA

Implement antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security measures
Monitor system performance and security threats
Manage user accounts, access rights, and passwords

🎓 Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Diploma/Certification in Hardware & Networking (preferred)
📜 Certifications (Preferred)
CompTIA A+ / Network+
Microsoft Certified (MCSA / Modern Desktop Admin)
Cisco (CCNA - basic level)
💼 Experience
Fresher or 0-2 years for entry-level roles
2-5 years for mid-level positions
⏰ Work Environment
Office-based or onsite IT support
May include shift work (especially in IT companies / BPOs)
Occasional field visits for system setup or troubleshooting
💰 Salary (India Approx.)
Fresher: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/month
