key responsibilities:

safety and security: conduct pre-flight safety checks, demonstrate safety procedures, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations during the flight.

passenger service: welcome passengers on board, assist with seating, and provide information about in-flight services, including meal options and entertainment.

crisis management: handle in-flight emergencies calmly and effectively, including first aid and evacuation procedures as necessary.

customer engagement: build rapport with passengers, addressing their needs and inquiries to enhance their travel experience.
