We are looking for a friendly and attentive Cabin Attendant to join our team in Shillong. In this role, you will ensure a safe and pleasant experience for our passengers during their journey.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Passenger Safety:** Ensure the safety of all passengers by following safety protocols and procedures before, during, and after the flight.
- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers, helping with their needs, and making them feel comfortable throughout the flight.
- **Pre-Flight Preparation:** Assist in preparing the cabin before boarding, which includes checking emergency equipment and ensuring that the cabin is clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- **In-Flight Assistance:** Attend to passenger requests during the flight, including serving meals and drinks, providing information, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- **Emergency Response:** Be ready to respond quickly and efficiently in case of an emergency, assisting passengers and following emergency procedures as required.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have a minimum education of 12th pass. Both experienced individuals and fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply. You should possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. The ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly is necessary.
