*proficiency in preparing high quality cuts of meats according to the desired specifications using company standards and adhering to all safety requirements

*should be willing to innovate & experiment with ingredients and possess good communication & time management skills. *multitasking ability would be advantageous.

*previous experience working in a butcher’s shop or meat counter in a supermarket.

*boning, trimming, and cutting meat, demonstrating excellent knife skills.
