Role Overview

Responsible for leading the production and sales operations of gas turbine air filters for key customers across Saudi Arabia and the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning, quality control, and delivery execution

• Manage sales engineers, production supervisors, and assembly teams

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific technical and quality standards

• Drive commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics to optimize performance

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a production manager, sales or technical engineer in gas turbine filter manufacturing

• Engineering degree preferred

• Strong understanding of GT filter specifications, testing protocols, and industry benchmarks

• Proven leadership capability in managing cross-functional teams and business unit operations
